Refund policy.
Last reviewed 30 July 2026. Operated by EUCPD Limited (HE 444764).
01In short
02Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services. For on-demand digital course content, that right ends once you have begun accessing the content, if you asked to start immediately and acknowledged that starting ends the withdrawal right. Until you begin the course, you can withdraw within the 14-day window for a full refund.
03Self-paced courses
You may request a refund of a self-paced course before you begin it, within the withdrawal window. Once you have started the course, it is treated as supplied and is not generally refundable, except where required by law or where the content is materially not as described.
04Live cohorts
Because registration is free until a session confirms, most cancellations cost nothing. If you have paid for a confirmed cohort and can no longer attend, contact us before the session: we will move you to the next date, switch you to the self-paced equivalent at the same price, or, where the session has not yet run and the law provides for it, refund you. If we cannot run a session, you always choose the next date, the self-paced equivalent, or a refund of anything paid.
05Corporate credit packs
Credit packs are consumed as your team enrols on courses. Unused credits may be refundable in line with the specific pack agreement; the terms of each pack set out its validity and any refund conditions. Contact us and we will work it through.
06How to request a refund
Email info@eucpd.com from the address on the enrolment, telling us the course and the reason. We aim to acknowledge within one working day and to process approved refunds to the original payment method. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
