Who we are. These policies are operated by EUCPD Limited (“EUCPD”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Cyprus, registration number HE 444764, registered office Apostolou Antrea 3A, Strovolos, 2049 Nicosia, Cyprus, VAT CY60014460T. Contact: info@eucpd.com.

01Who controls your data

EUCPD Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through eucpd.com. For data processed when you enrol, pay or study on the learning platform, the controller and processors are described in the platform’s own privacy notice.

02What we collect

We collect only what a given interaction needs:

Lead & quote forms
Name, email, organisation, role, enquiry
Cohort interest
Name, email, the course, timing preference
Newsletter
Email address
Analytics (with consent)
Usage events, device, approximate region

We do not ask for special-category data and ask that you do not send it through these forms.

03Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To answer enquiries and prepare quotes — on the basis of taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding.
  • To manage cohort interest — to tell you when a session confirms; on the basis of your request.
  • To send the newsletter — on the basis of your consent, withdrawable at any time.
  • To measure and improve the site — analytics and advertising storage run only after you consent through the cookie banner.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and our communications — for example our email/newsletter provider, our analytics and tag providers, and our hosting provider — each acting under contract and only as needed. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

06How long we keep it

We keep each record only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. The full schedule is on the Data retention page.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@eucpd.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

08Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can access it.

09Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the last review. Material changes will be notified on the site.
