01Purpose

This policy sets out how the site, the platform and the content may be used. It exists to keep the service reliable and fair for the professionals who rely on it.

02Your account and certificate

• Keep your platform sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• A certificate is personal to the named holder and records that person’s completion. Do not alter a certificate or present another person’s certificate as your own.
• Complete assessments and courses yourself — the value of structured CPD depends on it.

03Content

• Course materials are licensed for your own professional development.
• Do not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publish the materials, or use them to build a competing product or to train a model, without our written permission.
• Framework references and the obligation finder are educational, not advice.

04Prohibited conduct

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or platform.
• Do not scrape or bulk-download beyond what a control on the page offers.
• Do not submit false details, spam our forms, or misuse the newsletter or contact channels.
• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.

05Enforcement

We may suspend or withdraw access for a serious or repeated breach, and where appropriate report unlawful activity. If you believe someone is misusing the service or a certificate, tell us at info@eucpd.com.
