Jurisdiction

CPD for regulated professionals across the EU.

Courses written to named EU instruments — AML, MiFID, DORA, MiCA, the funds regime and more — for compliance, risk, legal and finance professionals across the Union.

01

Recognition in the EU

Named instruments, member-discretion acceptance.

Written to the instrument, accepted at the member’s discretion.

Our EU courses address obligations under named instruments — each course carries the framework chips that say which. EU professional bodies generally accept relevant structured CPD from external providers at the member’s discretion.

No endorsement by any national competent authority is claimed. Hours are calculated on delivered instructional time to a published methodology; acceptance rests with your body.

EU courses are not UK courses.

The UK onshored and then diverged. We tag a national framework — UK MLR, the FCA Handbook — only on courses written to that law, never because EU content is “also relevant”.

Jurisdiction-neutral standards sit under International standards.
