Frequently asked questions.
The questions regulated professionals ask most — answered plainly.
Recognition & CPD hours
No — and we’re careful about that word. Our courses are structured CPD, self-certified to a published methodology. We do not claim to be “approved” or “accredited by” any regulator or professional body. Most bodies accept relevant structured CPD from external providers at the member’s discretion — here’s the full position.
One CPD hour represents 60 minutes of delivered, structured instructional time — the time you’re actively engaged, whether live or self-paced. Breaks, admin and optional reading don’t count. How a CPD hour is counted →
Usually, at their discretion — that’s how external CPD works. Each course states the frameworks it teaches and the hours it carries; you record those against your body’s requirement. If you’re unsure, confirm with your body before enrolling.
Pricing

Not on the individual list price. Discounts live in the mechanism instead — corporate credit packs from €18 a credit (to €14 by volume), multi-year terms, founding-client rates. For organisations →
You buy a pack of credits once and your team draws down across the whole catalogue. Corporate credits are €18 each against the €20 list rate, scaling to €14 by volume. How packs work → or size one yourself.
Live cohorts
You’re added to the cohort’s count. It’s free and non-binding — no payment until the session confirms at six participants. Register interest →
Ten days before the date, if a session hasn’t reached six you choose: the next date, the self-paced equivalent at the same price, or withdraw owing nothing. We never cancel a cohort silently.
